Enroll in the Upcoming GSOA Basketball Certification Course beginning 3/31/24

Begin the journey of becoming a certified GSOA Official today so you can get between the lines of a Grassroots Sporting event, once you pass the final exam.

*Certification must be renewed annually ($99) to maintain “good standing” and the continued support and education you will need to become the strongest possible official.

This 3-Hour “AT YOUR PACE” ONLINE Course will :

• Educate yourself on the game

• Understand how to professionally handle players, coaches and fans

• Learn ways to prevent issues on the court/field

• Gain a strong understanding of the rules

• Receive opportunity for continued education

• Qualify for higher pay rates

• Get connected to local assignors from your area to work game

ON OR BEFORE 3/28/24, YOU WILL BE SENT AN ONLINE VIDEO TO VIEW TO LEARN THE MECHANICS AND RULES OF OFFICIATING GRASSROOTS BASKETBALL. AT THAT SAME TIME YOU WILL RECEIVE THE EXAM YOU MUST COMPLETE TO PASS THE CERTIFICATION COURSE.

UPON COMPLETION OF THE VIDEO AND EXAM, YOU WILL EMAIL GRASSROOTSPORTSOFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM TO INFORM US THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE TRAINING AND COPY YOU COMPLETED EXAM.
